Here at TME we have had a tough year. Some difficulties with some suppliers left us short of stock and short of funds and short of satisfied customers. But that was the past and now we look to the future. From here on in our quality over quantity policy will apply not just to products but to suppliers. Many suppliers ask for a large minimum order and deliver inferior products leaving a consumer with a large quantity of immovable junk that the supplier will not take back regardless of the stocks failings in actually being the same or close to the same as the sample product or image supplied. These are the pitfalls of internet business. The hard lessons learned have made us wiser and more resolute to find the best suppliers and products world wide. We are happy to say that we still have our reliable supplier on board - Del Tin Armi Antiche, CAS Iberia just to name the first two that come to mind are reliable as ever in service, quality and honesty. These will be the benchmarks for all future suppliers. We look forward to an enterprising year in 2008.
There have been some difficulties in reaching TME thanks to my lack of broad knowledge in Information Technology. This site was built with a "Complete Idiots Guide" by (some would say,) a complete idiot with no background or experience in web site building or related skills. Some would argue that this is a foolish way to run a business and I agree but until this small family business can afford to have it done professionally I will continue to hand craft this web site myself and hopefully learn a bit along the way. Not all of these issues can be blamed on our IT ignorance however, some have been due to further problems with a mobile phone that was in desperate need of retiring and a handful of failed responses can be blamed on apathy due to personal reasons and low morale or incompetence in time management. I personally would like to take time to say thank you to everyone who has remained patient and apologize to everyone who has experienced this communication problem. I am pretty sure that the IT based issues have been resolved and a new phone and attitude should rectify the other issues. Thanks for all your support.
Sir Justyn performances are still going strong and have just finished for the year with a couple of Christmas engagements. Next year we are likely to see a balance between the two enterprises and TME will be able to stand side by side with "Sir Justyn" rather than living in it's shadow. If you have no idea what the whole "Sir Justyn" thing is about, check out
